Squadron Awards
This is the Squadron's Awards page. It explains the usage
of medals and why we use them.
The squadron will use medals as a way of rewarding a pilot's
skill and effort in a particular squadron exercise. The more
medals a pilot earns the more respected and skillful he will be.
Medals will also effect an Airman's promotions and/or leadership
approvals I.E.- To become a Flight leader.
Nominations for awards are sent to the Xo. and Co. who will
decide if the request is granted. Members cannot nominate themselves!
All nominations must come with: A) A film of the act in question or B) Eye
witness account from 3 Dependable sources. * Please note that if you are
nominated you are NOT guaranteed to receive the award.
